This lovely villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so it comfortably sleeps 8 or possibly more as we could arrange for a sofabed to be placed in the dayroom. We also have a cot available free of charge if you require one. It is situated on a small urbanisation area called San Luis in Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca.

It is fully air conditioned (upstairs & downstairs) and there's a large roof terrace/solarium with a view from which a view of the salt lakes can be seen to the left. There is also a downstairs front patio with wind-down sun canopy which has an external staircase leading to the upstairs section of the property and terrace. There is a communal car park just a few short steps from the walkway.

DOWNSTAIRS: The front of the property has a glazed entrance with lockable grill which leads ito the porch/internal breakfast room. From here there is a solid door which opens onto the main living area which is air conditioned. The living room has an attractive 3 piece suite, TV with English Cable TV with channels including: BBC1, BBC2,ITV,CH4, CH5, Sky1, Sky Movies, Sky Sports, Sky News, UK gold, UK living, History, TCM + more!! Its like a home from home!! you never have to miss your favourite programs!
The Kitchen is semi-open planned and comes with all the usual white appliances such as: fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle as well as kitchen utensils. To the rear of the kitchen is a galleria/utility room which has a washing machine, freezer and plenty of storage space. To the right of the living area is a small arch which leads to the downstairs bathroom which consists of a WC, Washbasin, Bath and overhead shower. There is a double bedroom on one side and a twin bedroom (2sgl beds) on the other side.

UPSTAIRS: The external staircase which leads to the spacious terrace and upstairs accomodation has a lockable gate. There are 2 bedrooms with twin beds in each (2 sgl beds) and wardrobes/drawers for your clothing. The second bathroom contains a WC, small washbasin and a shower.

PLEASE NOTE: The upstairs living area of this house (which contains 3rd & 4th bedroom and a shower room) is accessed via an EXTERNAL staircase from the front patio.

This house is equipped with a small safe so that you can lock away your cash and passports safely during your stay.

Nearest airport = Murcia or Alicante. Both approx 40 mins drive.
Airport transfers available from £50 return.
Nearest beach = 10 mins in car/20mins by bus.
Nearest shops = 4 mins walk to selection of shops restaurants, bank, hairdressers, internet cafe etc.
Other activities = Golf, swimming, waterparks, cycling, horseriding, go-karting, amusements, zoo, theme-parks, fishing, beaches, markets + plenty of other things to keep you occupied!
